WebSphere Portal Developers:
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Industry
 Atleast 2+ years of relevant experience in WebSphere Portal technology
 Should be hands-on with Themes and Skins, JSR 168, JSR 286, Java Server Faces (JSF), Struts, Portlets

Senior WebSphere Portal Developers:
 Minimum 6 years of experience in IT industry
 Atleast 3+ years of relevant experience in WebSphere Portal technology
 Should be hands-on with Themes and Skins, JSR 168, JSR 286, Java Server Faces (JSF), Struts, Portlets
 WebSphere Portlet programming hands-on experience using JSR 168 APIS
 IMB RAD 7.x experience for developing Portlets
 Hands-on experience on WCM
 Knowledge on WCM APIS and menu compenets etc.,(WebSphere Contect Management System) will be plus

2. Java Technical Leaders

Job Description
 To design and develop programmatic data interfaces for clients leading healthcare interoperability product.
 To meet client's integration needs.
 Such interfaces can be both inbound and outbound.
 The candidate in this role will work individually or as part of a team, supporting one or more client engagements.
 Interaction with end clients may also be required.

Necessary Skills/Experience/Qualifications
 Software programming experience of at-least 5 years in Java technologies
 High proficiency with J2EE.
 Experience working within complex custom-built Java-based frameworks
 High proficiency with Oracle DBMS or SQL.
 Understanding of Internet concepts such as protocols and security aspects
 Working knowledge of Linux or Unix

Job Description
 Responsible in Design, development, and implementation of L2/L3 protocols
 Hands on experience in C or C++ Programming
 Hands on experience in any layer2/ layer3 protocols (MPLS, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, PPP, PPoE,IGMP, DSLAM,)
 OS: UNIX or Linux or Qnx or Rtos.

4. Computer Program Specialist

Technical lead / Sr.Technical Lead / Technical Specialist / Architect / Sr. Architect

A. Software developer will work as part of a talented technical team in the design, development and delivery of applications that provide server-side, and client-side solutions. These solutions are mission critical and crucial to various front-end as well as server based applications. Work is done mainly in C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, WCF, WPF, Web Services. Any experience with Sharepoint portal is a plus.

And may also include other technologies as solutions require. Responsible for coding, testing and implementation of system initiatives in addition to enhancements to the existing system components. Also must be open to adaptive and agile project management methods.

B. Major skill set: HTML, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, Web 2.0 techniques, FrontPage, Google Took Kit, and Yahoo UI Library

a) Passionate about building User Interfaces / Widget libraries using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax
b) Able to collaborate with UI designers, backend engineers
c) Able to build speedy, robust cross browser / cross platform User Interfaces

Datapower, XML services, SOA Governance, IBM tools, WSRR -Websphere Registry Repository, Websphere Integration Developer tool kit, BPM -Business Process Modeling tools, and Good knowledge of Architects, Architecture Presented to CIO, high visibility position, and every entity is getting affected, Architect has to have ability to give direction. This is a senior level position needing at least 10 years experience.
